(meteorobs) Nov 15/16 Summary: Wind, Clouds, Meteors

I observed from 0500-1000 hours UT (0000-0500 EST) this morning. This
session was a lesson in frustration as I had to contend with 20+ mph winds
plus rapid moving, thin clouds. All told, I was only able to salvage a Teff
of 1.53 hours.
Only a total of 23 meteors were seen, 2 NTA, 2 LEO and 19 SPO, all observed
when the Leonid radiant was at a low elevation. No STA or AMO were observed.
I will be out tonight from about 0300-1000 UT (2200-0500 EST).
