Here is Nova Scotia, Canada we have a LOW stalled !!! off the coast with
very strong wind from the North at 30 Km/hr gusts to 50 Km/hr, possible
flurries possible. Last night it was clear till 0100 UT then clouded  over
same senerio for tonight...the satelite images show lots of cloud in the US!
