We lucked out and had clear skies the entire night except for a few high
clouds that lowered the LM's for a couple of hours. I am too tired to go
into much detail but the Leonids put on a decent display with many
colorful negative magnitude shower members and long-lasting trains. I
will let Joseph Assmus describe the highlight of the night.

During 7 hours I counted 3 AMO's, 126 LEO's, 14 NTA's, 5 STA's, and 47
SPO's for a total of 195 meteors.

06:30-07:30 UT 6.42 1 LEO 4 NTA 2 STA 9 SPO

07:30-08:30 UT 6.41 8 LEO 1 NTA 2 STA 4 SPO

08:30-09:30 UT 6.40 19 LEO 2 NTA 1 STA 4 SPO

09:30-10:30 UT 5.99 17 LEO 2 NTA 6 SPO

10:30-11:30 UT 6.13 1 AMO 16 LEO 7 SPO

11:30-12:30 UT 6.33 2 AMO 30 LEO 4 NTA 8 SPO

12:30-11:30 UT 5.77 35 LEO 1 NTA 9 SPO

F and TeFF were 1.00 all 7 hours. I used a cassette recorder to collect
all data. I faced due east at an altitude of 70 degrees all night.

Starting Temperature/Relative Humidity: 35 F (2 C) 60%

Ending Temperature/Relative Humidity: 32 F (0 C) 81%
