LEONID MAXIMUM 1996
This is the very first impression of the 1996 Leonid maximum.
ZHRs were calculated with a population index r=1.8, no perception
coefficients were applied. No sharp peak was found; maximum rates
were about 60 betwen 0600 and 1000 UT on November 17. The following
observers contributed to the below averages:
