  Although I didn't observe any trains for any Leonids fainter than 3rd
magnitude. I suppose a wake for one fainter is possible, if you were looking
right at it when it is happening. Otherwise, I don't know Lew. As for the
percentage of persistent trains, of my 156 Leonids seen 54% had trains. The
average duration was 1 second.
