A first analysis of the 1996 Leonids is given on the WWW-pages of IMO at

http://www.tu-chemnitzdot de/~smo/imo/news/leo96.html

The paper appears in the December issue of WGN. The analysis does not claim to
show the final results. Observations are scarce on European longitudes, and we
may detect some fine structure from more data, as Dutch meteor observers found
indications for a faint-meteor component in their data.
