Actually Norman could be correct regarding my perception. Perhaps it
should have been stated that my perception is normal for ONLY the active
meteor observers. He could also be correct in stating that most of
todays active observers have better than average perception.
What we need to do is to compare the perception of the old-timers with
that of the newbies and see what the results are.
