Good luck observing anywhere here in the Pacific NW.  Right now it looks 
like a near washout, with some observing possibilities on Thursday and 
Saturday.  Several times during the last week in Portland, it has been 
semi-clear at mid-morning, only to pour in buckets for the rest of the 
day and night.  I think the last two years have been compensation for all 
the time we spent wishing the drought would end.
