Sorry to report there will be no Geminid observations from NJ this year.
Last night the only thing we counted was 4.......mm of rain that is.
About 10 to 20 times that amount on tap tonight.
As of right now the only possible prayer for any observations is MAYBE 
Sunday night,
but I wouldn't bet MY money on that.
There have been no observations possible in NJ since the Leonids!!!!!! peak 
night.
The outlook between now and the Full moon is not encouraging, so even the 
Ursids are a long shot.
