My theory is that some (most) of the people buying have no clue exactly what
the're getting. For instance the auction price for both Nakhla and Zagami
went for about the same $$$ - even tho Nakhla is a lot rarer than Z.  
I'm sure that some of the buyers are dealers who will now brake them down and
sell individual grams to us (not me- I already have a little piece of Z.)
There is one dealer in upstate NY who is actually charging $6ooo per gram!!
Most of the meteorites that come in are stones - so the Hondouras piece will
be a little fairer in price (fingers crossed) depending on the amount that
came in...that is if they ever find it.   Robert Haag where are you??  (he's
probably brushing up on his spanish already.  :D
