A well slide is a glass slide with what a would refer to as a "bowl" carved out of the middle. Go to any store or catalog company that sells slides for microscopes and you should be able to find them. The best thing about well slides is that you have a set area in which to scan for particles. The bad part about well slides is that you have to adjust your focus as you move from one side of the well to the other. Gary
