(meteorobs) Radio meteors from the city

To John Ohrt -

Moving to Toronto? My deepest condolences! I lived just north of there for 13
years, and it is... not encouraging for astronomy! Canada's biggest city now, I
think? (As an aside, don't know when you're movng to Toronto, but both Levy and
Bopp will be talking at the RASC Toronto meeting on Feb.19th, 7.30 at the
Science Centre..)

There are several people in southern Ontario into, or getting into, radio meteor
work. Drop Kim Hay a note, address: kimhay@adan.kingstondot net .... I think
she's now on this e-mail list as well (??) and she can give you some names...She
and her husband live just north of Kingston.

There was a display on radio meteor work up at last year's N.Y.A.A. 'Starfest'
convention, north of Toronto, and a Phil Gebhardt (sp?), I think his name was,
interested quite a number of people.
