Keep watching it Jon,
I'm not able to help - for looking at my program Guide 4.0  in the area you
stated 9h25m  -15d  and in a nearby 20d field  there were over 60 deep sky
objects (gal.s PN etc...) brighter than 10 mag.  You have to definitely
notice a movement .
