Could someone please post the predicted UT range of the Lyrid maximum for 
1997?  I want to know if April 20/21 or 21/22 is favored for the western U.S.

I know George Z. posted an excellent article on the 1997 Lyrid prospects 
not long ago, but when I try to access it through Lew's web archive I get 
a "file not found" error.  Same goes for other articles.  Is something 
wrong with the archive?
