As announced in our Spring 1997, AMS Electronic Circular, James Bedient
will be traveling to Kyoto, Japan, to act as our delegate at the
"Excursion for MU Radar Site and Professional-Amateur Meeting," scheduled
for August 28, 1997.
While there, he is also planning to speak on our latest AMS work and
organizational developments.
