This may sound crazy, but on 7/22   at around 8pm  I saw what appeared  to be
meteorite ( fairly large and visible ) cut across the western sky of New
York.   From my position that would be over The GW Bridge heading towards
Jersey.    At first, I thought it was a jet flying high, but there is a
problem with that, because I saw no jet, just a bright ball in the front with
a tail about 150 feet or so that was not lingering like you normally would
see if it were a jet.  This thing was moving at a clip.... mucho fast!!!!!

SO my question is , Can someone verify this for me  ?<<
