Hi Jonathan,
              I kind of have the same dilemma the only difference is I
can stay up as late as I want because my mom works at night and doesn't
have a problem with it, but as far as the cloudy skies I don't have to
deal with that my problem is the street lights. I'm 14 and I love
astronomy, but my mom doesn't have the same interest as I do and that's
holding me back. Like I want to go to star parties, but she never has the
time or she doesn't care and I know if we lived in a suburban area I know
it wouldn't be a problem.
