Meteor Observations for Aug 31/Sep1, 1997...ZAYGE

Well...I observed last night under clear skies for about 5.0 hours with an LM
of around 6.0....meteor activity was about as slow as a herd of snails. The
alpha Aurigids were a big dud from my location. Although I plotted, it
initially seems that I've only recorded 3 AUR's out of a total of 34 meteors.
The brightest was a -1 sporadic...which I may have photographed. My next
observing nite is planned for this Thursday and Friday nights.
