Just remember that you have to see at least four meteors intersect within
an area of only a few degrees before you have a suspected radiant. Even then,
it could be a chance alignment of sporadic meteors. September has the highest
number of sporadic meteors; so it is even more difficult to see a suspected new
radiant with such a high sporadic background. You must also remember to note
other characteristics of the potential members of a suspected radiant,  such
as speed and magnitude.
