RE: (meteorobs) Magazine articles
There is a 1966 picture in the latest Sky and Telescope.
I am saving my pennies to get a .06 lux CCD to go
with my 120 deg. macro lense. The .5 lux I have
now only sees very bright meteors and 1 st mag.
stars. Not enough of those for location reference...

Subject: (meteorobs) Magazine articles
Hi guys -
Just went out to the newstand to get my Sunday papers... and found that the
November issue of Popular Electronics has a feature article called "Leonid
Meteors: Celestial Fireworks, Satellite Killers -- or Both?". It quotes a
lot from Peter Brown and Nicholas Johnson... and refers readers to the web
pages for IMO, NAMN, etc... ;)
Also... if I can remember this right, I think it's the October issue of
Monitoring Times (? I forget the exact title) that will have an article on
radio meteor work, written by Phil Gebhardt.
