Hello George,

Printed versions of the AMS Annual Reports are fully up to date. The '96
report was mailed out early in the summer to our AMS membership. On the
Web site, the remaining annual reports will be posted as the opportunity
presents itself for our busy Webmaster (who has done one hell of a job this
hear!).

There will also be an intentional delay between the distribution of the
printed reports and an Internet posting (at least six months). The dues
paying membership will get to see publications first, as they should, with
The "free" Internet copies to be distributed later.

The exception to this will be the AMS Electronic Circular and AMS news
releases, which will give Internet folks the advantage and do not require
membership.

Take care,

     Jim
