I will be more than happy to work with anyone on the issue of the LM
charts. I have a very old copy of the handbook (pre-release possibly) which
does not include charts. I do have access to several high-quality scanners
at work and would be glad to scan charts in if I had them. If anyone has
both the handbook and a scanner, why don't you scan the charts, send them
to me, and I will see what I can do to keep their download sizes to a
minimum.
