If you consider a short period of time (such as our lifetime) then the
answer would probably be no. But no shower is permanent due to
perturbations to their orbits and the depletion of material over time.
Over the course of thousands of years it is possible that material in
orbit may be shifted several times creating a new active radiant in a
location and time different than before.
