(meteorobs) Nov 3/4 obs LANMA

Hello,

November 1 and 2 saw us fogged out in the Netherlands. On november 1, I
tried when the fog settled down slightly through frost and I found my
balcony positioned just above the fog layer! An Lm count produced +5.4. I
tried, but after 10 minutes a wall of fog moved in. Saw one meteor: a
definite sporadic.

Last night was clear. I observed for 2 hours in the evening, hunting for
possible late hartleyids and Taurids. To my amazement, I had a LM of +6.3
which is very good for my location. In 2.05h effective, I saw 27 meteors
including 6 Taurids, but no Hartleyids. A nice -2 sporadic appeared at
20:21:13 (from Cygnus to Lyra). Taurid rates result in a ZHR of 7 +- 2.6,
which is nice (my perception has been taken into account in this value).

I now logged 2571 meteors in 59.19h effective over 28 nights this year.
