Rocky, Based on evidence to date, it would be extremely unlikely that they were Leonids, since it's 10 days before the start. Another possibilty would be the alpha-Monoceritids, but the start date for them escapes me at the moment. This radiant is east of Orion, and they too are very fast...~ 65kps. This is however a very low rate shower. Wayne
