I will be out of touch until Monday as I am heading to the wilds of the Mojave Desert for a (hopefully) good view of the Quadrantids and to do some rock hounding. The weather is perfectly clear this New Year's day but the forecast is for clouds during the weekend. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
