Your work is ESPECIALLY important, Wayne, for I believe the New England
states have all adopted "copy-cat" laws like this one! (With the exception
of Maine, which is currently allowed to be clear during these months - with
the caveat that no one can get a car into or out of the state from Oct to
Mar...)
