(meteorobs) UFO - part1

Aliens: are they here?
I took part to a public debate last week, organized by C.U.N.
"Centro Ufologico Nazionale" - Italy http://www.cun-it.org/
Here's my simple (practical/engineering) opinion about UFO.
- 5.000.000.000 peoples in the world
- about 1.000.000 amateurs astronomers (not professional astronomers)
all over the world
- let skip 50 % of them because UFO appear during the night
- we have 500.000 amateur astronomers that potentially are watching the
sky
- suppose to reduce for 80 % this number
because:
-(they are sleeping) [why do not observe? :)
- all the remaining places is snowing (sigh!) :-)
- we can compute about 100.000 amateur astronomers
who watch the sky every night in every place of the world.
By a simple calculation we have
(considering to skip the sea for 70% of Earth surface)
about 1 astronomer per square km (or kmq - km2),
who watches the sky every night of the year.
the question is:
"why nobody has ever seen a real UFO ?"
