(meteorobs) CANON T70 SECRETS (sorry nikon here you go...)

Hi all
Here some info for the photographers
The Canon T70 35 mm Reflex camera whit automated transport build in
works on two penlight (AA) batteries( no drain power to keep the shutter
open)
Attachable Command back 70 for programmable interval exposures
(Count down system)

This Camera being used since 1985 in the DMS ferry successfully
you can trigger up to 100 cameras on one command back !!
!!!so don't worry about pursing command backs!!!

You can get the signal for automatically triggering more Canon T70's
(ore different cameras )from the flash connector or direct from the T3
adapter
If you use the flash connector you will have a reaction time of 1 sec
after the master camera has triggered
If you use the t3 adapter you will have no reaction time
but you have to isolate your connector perfectly or your system will run
wild and your 22 film will be fully exposed in 2 min!!

Using a t70 as a command camera on other t70 works perfect
But if you make an electronic system on other automated cameras you will
have to quote whit other problems as connectors, power supply to
shutters and, ore winders The other cameras will always course the
problems

If you want the highest reliable automated camera system available
don't even think about other cameras

questions
1 Does > any other body exist that can be used in this way; multiple
time-exposures > programmed and no power drain?
