I completely agree with Mr. Sirko's comment.

For single station observations I use a wide angle lens ; 24mm lens : field 
of view = about 50゜, limiting magnitude = 6.5 - 7.0 .
For multi-station observations I usually use a 85 mm lens(Canon 85 mm F1.2)
: fiel of view = 17゜, limiting magnitude = 9.0 - 9.5 .
A fisheye lens is of great advantage to catch a fireball.
