FYI
Gareth Williams of MPC said that 1998 FW4 closest approach and all asteroid
on the list with a MIN. of 0.000 only means that the closest approach is
within 0.0005 AU and is really meaningless.

And even this value is not really meaningful as there are assumptions made
in its derivation (the principal one being the earth's orbit is considered
circular).  Any objects in the PHA list with MIN. < 0.05 AU should receive
similar attention from observers.
 
This is really hard to figure when we can ever know of a possible impact
now.
A MIN. of 0.000045 AU means impact but the accuracy can never predict to
that decimal place percision.    Go figure!
