Re: (meteorobs) Introduction

In a message dated 98-04-16 10:20:31 EDT, you write:

<<
Always start a film by exposing the first two frames at any bright
source such as a fashlight, normal daylight photo or whatever to ensure
they can set up the film cutter to the images on the film!

I personally make my first shot of a sheet of paper with my name, date, lens,
film type, film developer, temperature I develop my film, the ISO I develop my
film for, Location, and whether a rotating shutter is used or not and with how
many blades. I write this all down with either a red or black magic marker
pen. Often with a roll of 36 exposures, I can get 2 or 3 nights worth of
meteor camera work in. It helps to have information on the negatives to
separate one night from the other...along with some of the pertinent details.
