The simplest method is to read the instructions you were sent when you
joined the list.  For those that haven't done this

READ THIS NOW.

If your email address is jdoe@my mail:

send to: majordomo@latrade.com

leave the subject blank

in the body of the message enter the line:

unsubscribe meteorobs jdoe@my.mail

don't put anything else in the message, not evenb your signature block.

Now if you know your email address and if you send the message using the
same provider, you will be unsubscribed.
