Sorry I made a mistake in my previous message that the longitude should
be east.

It should be 41:26:30 east, +43:39:12, 2070m.

The more accurate time is that 1 minute 12 seconds ahead.

The -3 meteor was in UT 22:46:38, Jul. 24, 1998. And from about RA=18h08m,
Dec=-10d to about RA=19h02m, Dec=-13d, with period 2-3 seconds, white
color. (I just sent a report to FIDAC.)
