Once again this year, the weather in Ottawa (ON) is cooperating nicely,
giving us some good clear skies for the late July activity.

Perseids are starting to kick in now. Saw quite a few the past nights at
my dark site. Until now, they were the most notable activity seen here.
Some nice, bright and trained were seen. A few bright Alpha Caps and
North
Delta Aquarids/Sigma Caps. Overall, the south July complex is finally
starting to produce higher activity. I have been observing 3 full nights
in a row. I cant give out any numbers or details of the observations
before the tapes are decoded. Have been too busy working day and
observing
at night to do this yet! (in between, I try to catch a bit of sleep?
Once all this is done, I'll post sumaries of my results on meteorobs.

If weather holds, will be out again tonight. The next few days look not
too bad (variable clouds).

Many Aquarids to all!
