(meteorobs) watching in Chicago
Hi! This is Nancy and I just subscribed. Meteor watching is
completely new to me. I heard that in the Chicago area there will be
some meteor showers this month (August). What showers are these and
where and when would it best to view them? Would the lakefront by the
Adler Planetarium be good or would there be too much light from the
city? Would viewing be better somewhere in the suburbs? What time of
night would be best? I'd be grateful if someone can provide some
information. Thanks!
