We saw a faint auroral display from the Oregon Star Party (44.3 N) on the
morning of August 22nd (4:00 PDT, 11:00 UT).  Not very bright, but lasted
well into twilight.  LM was 7.4 at zenith, 6.7 at 30 degrees elevation.
No serious meteor watching at the star party, as BIG telescopes are
distracting!  August 23rd was cloudy until twilight, and I didn't catch
the aurora that morning.
