(meteorobs) August 27/28 1998 observation

August 27/28 was my last observation for the month. I observed 2 hours
(1.99 teff). The sky was a little more hazy from my site, with the
limiting magnitude averaging at 6.17. I observed 16 meteors (2 Perseids,
2 Alpha Aurigids, 1 North Delta Aquarid and 11 sporadics). Nothing really
bright. Best was a magnitude +1 yellow AUR with a one second train.
Perseids activity declining. Nothing seen coming from around Eridanus.
I had to take a long break between 6:00 and 7:00 as some scattered clouds
moved in.

So far for 1998, my totals are (including this observation):

119.77 hours teff
1401 meteors
41 nights
