I am sending this note out again as the date coincides with the date of some sightings around Lake Erie and Sarnia. The only difference is that the one we saw seemed to be moving south to north. It, like the others reported seemed to explode minutes after we observed it. Bea Patterson of B & B's Bed and Breakfast

Hi, I would like to introduce myself and ask a question at the same time. My name is Bea Patterson and I have just added myself to this mailing list as I am extremely interested in meteor / fireball showers. I am a novice at this so if I use the wrong terminology I apologize. I live in a small village in Wheatley Ontario Canada, the village is between Windsor and Chatham. Last night a group of us were sitting on the deck in our backyard and I would estimate the time to be between 12 and 1 a.m. when we sighted a fairly large meteor or fireball moving from south to north that had a blue light around it. Did anyone else see this and is there more information available? Many thanks! Bea Patterson
