I believe "within a few hours of the nodal passage" still the safest bet
in any of these uncertain events. Unfortunately this still means that
the display will occur in daylight or the radiant will be very low for
North American observers. Once again we are in a lousy position to view
a possible meteor display. I don't know about the rest of you but did we
use up all of our luck with the 66 Leonids??? Even the East Coast was
out of luck for that one!
