(meteorobs) Draconids finished??? - report 15:10UT

The story so far: (Oct 8, 1998)

11:30 UT - normal background
  (have no data yet from the time between 11:30 and 13:20)
13:20 UT - Beginning shower  
13:40 UT - shower peak (similar to the Geminids peak)     
14:00 UT - shower decline 
14:10 UT - low rates (similar to the Ursids)  
14:30 UT - lower rates, just some Draconids left
15:00 UT - normal background, 
15:10 UT - normal background, maybe only a few Draconids still there.... 

(From Radio monitoring VHF TV-carriers at 53.760 and 62.250 Mhz, in various
directions).

Possibly passage through a ribbon of dust? or "debris belt"?   More to
come?

Am recording in Santa Fe New Mexico but afflicted by periodic tropo
episodes. Fireballs penetrate the tropo though.
