Well, there's always a silver lining somewhere, Steve! If the Hams are not
getting enough tropospheric propagation and sporadic-E, then that means the
radio-meteorists aren't getting TOO MUCH of it. :)

Well, we're struggling to dry out FINALLY today - although I have my
doubts about those new clouds I see rolling by, Steve! :(((
