Jai & others:

The first set of numbers signify an observing period stated in Universal
Time.

Teff is the portion of an hour actually spent watching the sky. Time is
lost due to plotting, breaks, and other necessities.

lm= is the estimated average limiting magnitude during each period.
Limiting magnitude is the faintest star visible to each observer. The
higher the number the more fainter stars one can see and therefore more
meteor activity should also be seen. The lower lm during the second
period was due to the rising moon.

GIA, TAU, DAU, and spo are standard abbreviations for the active showers
seen that night. GIA = Giacobinids, TAU = Taurids, Dau = Delta Aurigids,
and spo = sporadic (random) meteors.

Finally 10% Cloud means that 10 percent of the observers field of view
was obscured by clouds during that particular observing period.

I hope this helps!
