To Bob L.  George Z.  Tom A. and all others concerned with the Leonids:

I shall attempt to record a daily daylight radio observation starting on 
NOV 13, 1998 and concluding on NOV 22, 1998. 

The first observation will be recorded at 1800-1900 UT and each succeeding
observation will occur four minutes earlier each day.

Observed data will be reported daily to Meteorobs during the second hour
following the observed hour. 

Your comments and suggestions concerning this program will be appreciated.
