The title of the message is somewhat "abusive". Comet P/Halley is on=20
its way to its aphelion and is not "returning" in any way (before 2056=20
or so). However, some pieces, emitted in the past --who knows=20
when?-- are "returning" to Earth as our planet is --as every year--=20
passing through the elliptical torus of the comet debris.=20
Not to be forgotten: PR science is not science.
