I have no problem if people download MetSim from the IMO server and make
it available elsewhere. However, you have to stick to some rules when
redistributing software:
* The author of the software and/or the webmaster of the original
site should be asked in advance, if this is ok.
* The software has to be redistributed completely, i.e. with the README
file and a reference to the original source.
