Hi Joan,
You are correct in that you can contribute valuable scientific data from
meteor observing. And it doesn't take much equipment or training! I have
sent you as a separate email the text of our chapter on visual observing
from the NAMN Guide as well as a blank reporting form that can be submitted
electronically. That should get you started...
