Hi Lew,
If I am not mistaken, there was a note about this in the last issue of WGN
and Sky & Tel. Unfortunately, both of those sources are at home so I can't
provide anymore information than that. If you can't find them, or don't have
them, let me know and I'll look them up tonight.
