During the last 30 mins ( 00h.00--00h.30 UT---!7th.Nov.) I've been able to see
12 bright Leonids all above M(v)  -1 and leaving trains which persisted for
several seconds---- and that, despite 30% cloud cover increasing with a
restricted view of the sky in the middle of light-polluted Scarborough, North
Yorks., UK ( 54d. 17' N., 00d. 20' W) Altitude of Radiant = 15d.
There is most definitely a good show in store for us in the UK this morning as
long as the weather behaves itself !!!
