You have it close enough. From SkyMap Pro 5, moon rise is 2:53 a.m. on the
morning of the 14th in Chicago, 2:54 in LA, 2:55 in NYC. Illumination will
be 18% with mag -8.1. For reference, it will be in Virgo, rising about 40
min. after Spica on the 14th, rising with Spica on the 13th.
